After the match, Hayes said the only way Lotus would ever win that title was if Santa Claus came to Shimmers. Towards the end of the match, both Ice & Meddler went to the back distracted by different things; Ice was mumbling about being better than Virus and Meddler seemed offended to be touching his opponents and snobbily walked to the locker room. Backlund was still able to win the match...Roger Ruffen came to the ring and talked about what he did at FanFest and said that he was The Man in the NWF. Muldoon came out and stared Ruffen down. Ice had Ruffen rocking, and it was unclear why he used the belt . . . so Hooks attemtped to interview Ice about it after the match, but all Ice kept saying was "I'm better than Virus! I'm better than Virus!" Stewie Backlund defeated Jon Moxley by submission. The Hippies defeated Sean "Virus" Harddrive & Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde when Ice interfered and attacked Virus. Muldoon defeated The Genuine Superstar by DQ when Ryan Stone interfered. During the match, Stone came down to ringside - which brought out Jay Donaldson to ringside, as well. Things got heated and Stone attacked Muldoon drawing the DQ but Donaldson chased The Superstar and Stone out of the ring with a chair. Sin D defeated Jenelle Sinclair. NWF Champion Ryan Stone defeated Jay Donaldson when The Genuine Superstar gave him a superkick, which sent Donaldson into Stone's Stunner. Muldoon ran out after the match to make the save - and NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard announced a tag team match for October 18th between these four men. From Independence 09.20.08 From Shimmers 09.13.08 Tap or Snap defeated The Zodiacs...Austin Meddler came out for his match with Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde and announced that it was too hot to wrestle and that people in his tax bracket "don't have to sweat." He announced that he would let a "poor wrestler" take his place and brought out Danny Montgomery. The Hero beat Montgomery and Meddler climbed into the ring after the match - but before touching Monte, he put on a pair of white gloves...Jay Donaldson defeated The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant with a small package. Bryant had actually hit the ever-resillient Donaldson with his finishing move - the superkick - but Donaldson somehow kicked out of it. Bryant was beside himself and in his distraught state, Donaldson was able to score the quick pinfall...Ice & Buffalo defeated the NWF Tag Team Champions the Thugs by DQ...Unified Champion Mr. Hayes retained his title in controversial fashion after defeated Christopher Michael Lotus. The referee assigned to the match was knocked out and a second referee came down to count a pinfall for Lotus; however Mr. Hayes attacked that referee and the first ref came to and counted a pinfall for Mr. Hayes. They will return on November 8th in a match with TWO REFEREES...After intermission, Anthony Bryant limped to the ring and said that not only could he not believe Donaldson kicked out from the superkick but he also injured his foot in the process. He challenged Donaldson for a rematch and said that "no one would EVER kick out of his superkick again."...The Hippies defeated The Warlock and Sean "Virus" Harddrive when there was a miscommunication on the side of the Virus & Warlock. After the match, Jac Attack got in the ring and started yelling at Virus and even shoved him. The Virus sprayed green mist in Jac's face and then gave The Warlock the "Cntrl-Alt-Delete" finishing move. At this point, Ice came to the ring and began repeating over and over "I'm better than you, Virus. I'm better than you!" Virus responded by challenging Ice to prove it on November 8th. Ice accepted but said he wouldn't put the Tri-State title on the line...NWF Champion Ryan Stone and Wildcat Chris Harris had a face to face confrontation in which Wildcat start out by saying he was walking away from wrestling. Stone got in his face, shoved him down, and even slapped him - but Wildcat remained passive. It wasn't until Harris was halfway to the locker room and Stone called him a p*&^y, which brought the Wildcat back into the ring where he took Stone down and began to rain down punches all over him. Referees pulled Wildcat off of Stone but Wildcat continued the assult. After thing settled down, Harris demanded that NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard sign a match for him vs. Stone anywhere, anyplace. Sheppard agreed to do so on November 8th at SHIMMERS BALLROOM!...Muldoon defeated Stamp Lickage by DQ when Stamp hit Muldoon with the mailbag. After the bell rang, Stamp continued to attack, and put them mailbag over the face of Muldoon, prompting NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard to come to the ring to stop him. Sheppard grabbed the hair of Lickage and pulled him off, but Lickage turned around and chokeslammed Sheppard through the mat! Muldoon got up and grabbed Stamp for a chokeslam, but he left the ring. Muldoon came out, being held back by three referees, demanding his rematch. Stone was about to answer whether or not he would give the rematch - when Stamp Lickage came out and demanded his shot at the title since he's never gotten it after winning the Shimmers Rumble. Stone said he wasn't giving either one a title shot, but NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard came out and told him he would in fact defend it against BOTH of them in a Triple Threat Match later tonight!...Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde & The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant defeated Austin Meddler & Danny Montgomery...Tri-State Champion Ice defeated The Zodiac...Mr. Hayes defeated Christopher Michael Lotus to become the new Unified Champion...NWF Champion Ryan Stone defeated Muldoon and Stamp Lickage in a Triple Threat Match. Muldoon went to hit Stone with Stamp's mailbag, but accidentally hit Stamp with it allowing Stone to get the pinfall. Stone started to gloat when "Wildcat" Chris Harris came out! Wildcat spoke very honestly and emotionally about losing his heart and his passion for wrestling, nearly breaking into tears a few times. Sheppard said that it did indeed and Stone signed it. Sheppard said the same thing to Muldoon and he read through it, and smiled at the CEO before signing the contract. Sheppard then told them both to find tag team partners for a match later tonight!... Sin D defeated Hellena Heavenly by DQ when Jenelle Sinclair interfered. Amanda came out with a baseball bat and chased Hellena and Jenelle out of the ring. CEO Sheppard signed a Ladies tag team match for FanFest on the spot, starting a trend for the rest of the evening.... In a match with two referees, The Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings defeated The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant.... After intermission, a very angry Anthony Bryant stormed to the ring for a special edition of the Spotlight. His guests were the two referees who had officiated his match with Jennings moments earlier. Bryant demanded to know which one had counted the pinfall and Ed Monchichi spoke up and said it was him. After the match, Bryant attacked the knee of Jennings, which he had been targeting throughout the match.... Tri-State Champion Sean "The Virus" Harddrive defeated Ice with his hands on the ropes. Ice was able to get the upperhand after the match, but it was too little too late. From Fairfield 6.21.08 Austin Meddler defeated The Zodiac & Dr. Melvin Winkleman in a Triple Threat match when he paid Winkleman off. Dr. Melvin had the match won, but Meddler gave him a wad of money to leave the ring and allow Meddler to get the pinfall.... Ryan Stone came to the ring with Ray "The Bear" Steele's brother, Big Al Steele, who explained that due to injury sustained last month in Fairfield, The Bear would not compete but Big Al would take his place to get revenge on Muldoon.... Nasty Russ defeated Stewie Backlund by pinning him using the ropes. inGe and T-Money gave a big assist in the closing moments of the match.... Hellena Heavenly defeated Amanda. After the match, Heavenly attacked Amanda but Sin D ran out and chased Hellena out of the ring.... Pompano Joe defeated T-Money by DQ when Nasty Russ & inGe interfered. Stewie Backlund ran out to even the odds.... The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant & The Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings wrestled to a No Contest when the referees couldn't decide an offical winner. Bryant pinned Buffalo, who had his foot outside the ring. A second referee came down to talk with the original referee about what happened. During their discussion, Buffalo hit a Stunner on Bryant and the second referee counted a pinfall. CEO Kirk Sheppard ruled the match a no contest.... Jesse Hyde and Jon Moxley wrestled to a Double Disqualification. During the match, The Thugs (with inGe) and Stewie Backlund & Pompano Joe all came out and surrounded ringside. At one point, all the men began fighting and that is when the referee threw the match out. CEO Sheppard announced a six-man tag team match for next month between The Thugs & Moxley vs. The Hippies & Stewie Backlund.... Tri-State Champion Sean "The Virus" Harddrive & Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde defeated Ice & Unified Champion Christopher Michael Lotus, but not before Virus accidentally sprayed mist in the eyes of the Hero. After that, the referee was knocked down, preventing Ice from scoring a win via powerbomb. Virus won the match for his team with a rollup.... Ryan Stone defeated Roger Ruffen in a very brutal and physical No Holds Barred match. After the match, Stone got on the microphone and threatened to end Ruffen's career. Just as he had a chair high above his head ready to smash it on the garbage can placed on Ruffen's head, Muldoon came out. Stone challenged Muldoon to an NWF Title match at FanFest on August 16th, which Muldoon accepted. Muldoon told Stone to leave Roger alone, and Stone said he would - and then proceeded to bring that chair down hard across the head of the already unconcious Ruffen.... Bryant had the match won, but had used the ropes to score the pinfall. The Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings came to the ring to tell the referee what happened and the match was restarted allowing Ice to roll up Bryant for the pinfall.... In the tag team steel cage match, The Thugs defeated Tap or Snap to regain the NWF Tag Team Titles. At one point, inGe climbed the cage but both Backlund & Tiny Tim threw him on to the Thugs. Then NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard came to ringside and pulled inGe out of the cage and took him to the back. T-Money escaped. And that left Russ in the ring with both of the fan favorites. Tiny Tim escaped. Just when it appeared that Stewie had the match won with a Crossface Chicken wing, Russ fought out of it and then attempted to spear Backlund. Backlund sidestepped him and Russ went diving out of the cage door and down to the floor! From Fairfield 5.17.08 Austin Meddler defeated Zodiac #2. The Zodiacs switched in and out of the match frequently and Meddler ended up pinning Jac Attack, who had also donned a mask!... Ryan Stone easily defeated Danny Montgomery. After the match, Stone brought out Ray "The Bear" Steele who promised to hand deliver the NWF Title to Stone.... Jon Moxley defeated Stewie Backlund with his feet on the ropes. Jesse Hyde came to the ring to tell the referee what had happened, but Moxley attacked Jesse. Hyde fought back and Moxley scooted out of the ring.... Tri-State Champion Sean "The Virus" Harddrive defeated Ice in a No DQ match with help from Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde, who held Ice's ankle during a suplex attempt allowing Virus to pin Ice.... Unified Champion Christopher Michael Lotus defeated Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde despite attempted interference from Virus. After the match, Lotus was attacked by both the Hero and the Virus until Ice made the save.... The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant defeated The Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings by DQ when Jennings accidentally hit the referee.... The Hippies (Jesse Hyde & Pompano Joe) defeated T-Money (with inGe) & Dr. Melvin Winkleman. After the match, Jon Moxley attacked Jesse Hyde and T-Money assaulted Pompano. This prompted two singles matches to be announced for June 21st between Moxley & Hyde and T-Money & Pompano Joe.... NWF Champion Muldoon defeated Ray "The Bear" Steele by DQ when Ryan Stone interfered. After the match, Stone attacked Muldoon until Roger Ruffen made his return and hit the ring with a metal garbage can, which he used liberally against Stone. NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard announced a rematch between The Bear & Muldoon for next month... as well as a match between Stone & Ruffen - and it would be NO HOLDS BARRED! From Shimmers 5.10.08 The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant & The Thugs defeated Danny Montgomery, Tiny Tim, and Austin Meddler. After the match, Bryant tried to get Meddler to sell him back the lottery ticket he gave him but The Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings came out and told Meddler that the ticket was a winner (as was revealed last week on AfterShock). Meddler left with Buffalo after punching Bryant in the face.... NWF Champion Muldoon defeated Dr. Melvin Winkleman. After the match, Jon Moxley came to ringside and yelled at Muldoon.... The Tennessee Boys (with Mr. Hayes) defeated The Hippies (with Sin D). During the match, the referee was knocked down and Mr. Hayes grabbed the ring bell and brought it into the ring. Sin D came in and gave Mr. Hayes a low blow, but Donnie Greene grabbed Sin D by the hair and went to piledrive her. NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard left the broadcast booth to save Sin D but Larry D hit him and Greene indeed did piledrive Sin D. A second referee came to the ring and after hitting them with the ring bell, The Tennessee Boys were victorious. Sin D was carried out on a stretcher.... The Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings defeated Zodiac #1 (with Jac Attack & Zodiac #2).... In the Unified Title on a Pole Match, Christopher Michael Lotus retained the title over Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde and actually left in possession of the belt!... Jon Moxley defeated Stamp Lickage. Moxley headed for the lockerroom at one point, but Lickage who had earned a future title shot by winning the Shimmers Rumble demanded that Moxley finish the match. Moxley said he would if Stamp would put the belt on the line and Stamp agreed. Moxley then won with his hands on the rope.... Ryan Stone came to the ring for an interview and he talked about turning his back on Roger Ruffen. He was interrupted by Stewie Backlund who said he wasn't a Ruffen fan - but what Stone had done was over the line. Sean "The Virus" Harddrive retained the Tri-State Title over Ice with an assist from Jeremy Hyde, who hit Ice with a chair behind the referee's back. NWF Champion Muldoon came to the ring to talk about his upcoming title defenses against Jeremy Hyde & Ray "The Bear" Steele. He also said that he felt Ryan Stone crossed the line when he attacked Roger Ruffen.... The Thugs & inGe defeated Tap or Snap & Honest Brett Michaels when Nasty Russ hit Michaels with a hubcap.... During THE SPOTLIGHT, Anthony Bryant brought Hooks to the ring as his guest. Hooks listened to Bryant run down his best friend, The Buffalo Bad Boy, before telling Bryant that he should take up his problems with Buffalo and leave him out of it. Bryant kicked Hooks in the face and Buffalo came to the ring to help but Bryant threatened to hurt Hooks more if Jennings got in the ring. Finally, Bryant left and Hooks was helped to the back by security and Buffalo.... NWF Champion Muldoon defeated Dr. Melvin Winkleman.... Ryan Stone came to the ring and talked about why he attacked Roger Ruffen. He promised to show Ruffen that Ruffen was "washed up" and that Stone was "The Man."... The Hippies defeated Jon Moxley & Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde when Christopher Michael Lotus ran in behind the referee's back and attacked The Hero. Dr. Melvin Winkleman defeated Ice when Virus interfered and sprayed green mist at Ice.... The Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings defeated The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant. After the match, Bryant let the ringside fans know he wasn't happy about this defeat.... Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde & Ryan Stone defeated Muldoon & Christopher Michael Lotus when the Hero pinned Lotus after hitting him with the Unified title belt.... The Genuine Superstar hosted "The Spotlight" with his guest Austin Meddler. Meddler again mentioned the lottery ticket that Bryant gave him as a tip and told Anthony that the next time he fought Buffalo he expected the same result.... The Thugs appeared to defeated NWF Tag Team Champions Tap or Snap however NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard stripped the titles and is holding them up until May 24th when these two teams will battle in a STEEL CAGE MATCH! Sheppard was handcuffed to inGe but when he went to stop Nasty Russ from using the nightstick they carried to ringside, inGe gave him a low blow. After the match, Sheppard announced the cage match and inGe hit the ring and got in his face - and Sheppard threw him out of the ring. From Fairfield 4.19.08 NWF Tag Team Champions Tap or Snap defeated The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant & Dr. Melvin Winkleman.... Ryan Stone destroyed Horatio Sanchez and had to be pulled off of him by "The Man" Roger Ruffen. After the match, Stone pledged to win the Rumble and go on to wrestle Muldoon for the NWF Title afterwards. Ruffen said he had a plan and Stone told him that he already had two strikes - and if he got a third one, there would be a problem.... Unified Champion Christopher Michael Lotus defeated Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde by countout when Hyde ran away with the stolen title belt.... Ice defeated Tri-State Champion Virus by DQ when the referee saw Virus spray the green mist in the face of Ice.... The Hippies & The Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings defeated The Thugs & Jon Moxley when Jesse Hyde pinned T-Money.... Roger Ruffen won the Fairfield Rumble amist all sorts of controversy. Ruffen accidentally eliminated Ryan Stone from the match and then was able to outlast Jesse Hyde to earn an immediate title shot against Muldoon.... NWF Champion Muldoon defeated Roger Ruffen with a chokeslam. After the match, Ryan Stone came down and attacked Ruffen prompting Muldoon to save his former mentor. This brought out Ray "The Bear" Steele to the ring and he and Stone decimated Ruffen & Muldoon, leaving them laying in the middle of the ring. From Shimmers 4.12.08 Unified Champion Christopher Michael Lotus defeated Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde by count out. Hyde ran away with the title belt again even though it does not belong to him.... Roger Ruffen & Ryan Stone came to the ring to talk about their upcoming match with Muldoon for the NWF title later. Stone made it quite clear that if he didn't win the title tonight someone would be in trouble. He then glared at Ruffen, showing signs of dissension in the ranks.... "Tennesee Boy" Donnie Greene defeated Pompano Joe with his feet on the ropes.... The Buffalo Bad Boy defeated Nasty Russ (with inGe).... The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant officially released Austin Meddler from his servant contract. He said that he was going to get him a nice tip but decided not to. However, he did buy Meddler a lottery ticket for a chance to someday live a high class lifestyle. Meddler said he got Bryant something, too, and punched him square in the face.... Mr. Hayes introduced "The Legend" Larry D as his mystery wrestler. This powerful wrestler threw Jesse Hyde all over the ring, displaying amazing strength. Towards the end of the match, Hayes jumped up on the apron to cause a distraction, but CEO Kirk Sheppard grabbed him and pulled him down. The referee ordered Sheppard back to his corner and Hayes took advantage of Sheppard and threw him into the ring post! Jesse almost had Larry D beat but Donnie Greene ran in and attacked him. Pompano Joe tried to make the save but the odds were too great. Hayes assaulted Sheppard with a chair shot to the ankle and choked him with his belt. Larry D & Donnie Greene assaulted The Hippies while referees and security tried to restore order.... Sean "The Virus" Harddrive debuted and defeated Tri-State Champion Ice with a mouth full of green mist to become the new Tri-State Champion.... NWF Tag Team Champions Tap or Snap defeated Jon Moxley & The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant.... NWF Champion Muldoon defeated Ryan Stone when Roger Ruffen accidentally hit Stone with a steel chair. After the match, Stone shoved Ruffen and left by himself.... Stamp Lickage won the Shimmers Rumble - last eliminating the Thugs - to earn a future title shot. This match had 20 superstars including surprise entrants Sin D (who eliminated inGe) and Jay Donaldson among others. Hooks was hyping tomorrow's Gauntlet Style Battle Royal when Pompano Joe came out and said he planned to win and receive the title shot. The Thugs came out and said the same thing, which brought out Tiny Tim to talk about his hopes of winning. The Warlock came out and before he could speak The Buffalo Bad Boy came out and made fun of the Warlock and announced he planned to win. No matter how you look at it, the competition will be fierce tomorrow!... Tiny Tim defeated inGe with a Boston Crab.... Danny "Monte" Montgomery defeated the Warlock. After the match, Dr. Melvin Winkleman came out and said that last week, Honest Brett Michaels approached Jac Attack about Monte's losing streak. Monte said he didn't believe it (and in fact it was Jac who approached Brett about it) and told Winkleman to mind his own business.... The Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings defeated T-Money with a stunner.... After intermission, The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant hosted another edition of "The Spotlight." His guest this week was Jesse Hyde and he questioned Hyde about his match tomorrow with Mr. Hayes' mystery wrestler. Bryant wouldn't let Hyde answer the questions so Austin Meddler, who was reluctantly standing by as Bryant' servant, pulled out his own microphone and gave it to Jesse. Jesse then introduced his corner man for tomorrow, Kirk Sheppard, who told Bryant to tell Hayes to stay out of the match or else. Sheppard then made the main event match for the evening of The Hippies vs. The Genuine Superstar and Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde.... NWF Champion Muldoon defeated Nasty Russ (who couldn't overcome the giant even with help from T-Money & inGe!)... Jesse Hyde & Pompano Joe defeated Anthony Bryant & Jeremy Hyde when Austin Meddler refused to hit Jesse with a chair. The Hero took the chair from Meddler, swung, and missed - hitting Bryant! This led to an argument between Bryant & Meddler but before things got too heated, Tri-State Champion Ice came to the ring. He called out Virus and said he was tired of the mind games. The lights then went out and when they came back on Virus was standing in the ring. Seconds later the lights went out again and when they came back up there was no one in the ring - just the Tri-State belt and the microphone Ice was using. Ice was not seen again following the event. Zodiac #2 defeated Austin Meddler with The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant demanded that Meddler lay down again and let the Zodiac beat him.... NWF Hall of Famer "Honest" Brett Michaels defeated The Warlock. After the match, Jac Attack came to the ring and told Brett he needed to rid himself of his tag partner and friend, Danny Montgomery. Brett told Jac to get lost.... Tri-State Champion Ice defeated Malpractice with ease. After the match, Ice talked about his upcoming match at SHIMMERS with Virus - when all of a sudden the lights went out and Virus's shadow appeared behind the ring. After the lights returned, Ice looked all over for this mysterious newcomer and couldn't find him.... After intermission, The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant hosted another edition of "The Spotlight." He talked about how great he was, how classless the fans were, and bossed around Austin Meddler some more. He then again insinuated that he was targeting a "beer drinker" who liked to "live after midnight." He then brought out his guest, Unified Champion Christopher Michael Lotus, whom he berated for losing his title belt to Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde (who has stolen the belt and has never actually won the title.) Lotus took it all in stride for a few minutes before becoming enraged and going on an intense tirade directed at Hyde & Bryant - and the he warned Bryant to watch out for the man who "parties til dawn."... After the match, Hyde grabbed the belt from Lotus and ran off with it yet again!... Ice came to talk about having the Tri-State title for so long and the challengers he has managed to defeated thus far. The lights went out and Virus's music came over the loudspeaker . . and then Virus showed up just inside the curtain saying that on April 19th he would be in Fairfield to "infect Ice!"... NWF Champion Muldoon defeated The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant (with his reluctant servant for 30 days, Austin Meddler) with a chokeslam.... The Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings defeated Jon Moxley in a No DQ Match.... NWF Champion Muldoon came out to talk about next month's Gauntlet Style Battle Royal because the winner will get a title shot. Dr. Melvin Winkleman, The Thugs, The Hippies, and The Protected Ones all came out and said they were going to win. Muldoon essentially said it didn't matter to him - they would all fall victim to his chokeslam!... NWF Tag Team Champion Tap or Snap (Tiny Tim & Stewie Backlund) defeated The Protected Ones. At first it appeared that Ruffen & Stone had won the NWF Tag Team Titles when a second referee entered the match, however CEO Kirk Sheppard had the match restarted and Tap or Snap came out on top. Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde (with the stolen Unified Title Belt) & Zodiac #2 defeated "Honest" Brett Michaels & Danny "Monte" Montgomery. There was another miscue between Michaels & Montgomery which resulted in Brett leaving angry again. After the match, The Hero talked about how he planned to keep the title after his championship match with Lotus this Saturday in Fairfield.... The Warlock (with Jac Attack) pinned Austin Meddler. Meddler had things well at hand when the Genuine Superstar came out and reminded Meddler he was his personal servant for 30 days - and his immediate task was to lay down and let the Warlock pin him. Referee Amanda looked around confused before counting the 1-2-3 and awarding the match to the usually losing Warlock.... After intermission, The Genuine Superstar debuted his brand new segment, "The Spotlight." He sipped on wine and talked about how great he was before bringing out his guest, Austin Meddler. He demanded that Meddler shine his shoes and pour him more wine. Then Bryant gave a cryptic message to a "common beer drinker" that his number was next.... Tri-State Champion Ice defeated Nasty Russ. After the match, Virus's music came over the speakers and he announced that he was coming APRIL 12th to "infect Ice."... NWF Champion Muldoon defeated Dr. Melvin Winkleman by DQ when Roger Ruffen & Ryan Stone interfered. Tiny Tim chased all three rulebreakers off with a chair and NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard announced a 6 man tag for March 29th between The Protected Ones & Dr. Winkleman vs. Tap or Snap & Muldoon.... Christopher Michael Lotus & The Hippies (Jesse Hyde & Pompano Joe) defeated T-Money, Zodiac #1, and Jon Moxley when Lotus pinned The Zodiac. From Shimmers 3.08.08 In front of an amazing 222 fans - despite the blizzard:... Roger Ruffen defeated Danny "Monte" Montgomery. After the match, Ruffen introduced Ryan Stone who came out to talk about Muldoon "being afraid of a little snow" and not coming to Shimmers to defend the title. Tri-State Champion Ice came out and defended Muldoon's honor and challenged Stone to a match. Stone declined at first, but Ice goaded him into it by calling him a coward and suggesting that whomever wins their match become #1 contender for Muldoon's title. Roger Ruffen accepted on Stone's behalf, causing a minor disagreement between the two.... The Zodiacs upset Pompano Joe & The American Eagle.... The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant defeated Austin Meddler in the Servant Challenge match. Meddler now has to be Bryant's servant for 30 days.... NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard brought out the new Tag Team Champions Tap or Snap. Before they could say much, The Thugs interrupted. inGe challenged Tim and Stewie to a rematch tonight, which was accepted. Then, inGe nailed Stewie from behind with a billy club and the Thugs attacked Tap or Snap, leaving them laying.... The Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings defeated Dr. Melvin Winkleman.... Unified Champion Christopher Michael Lotus defeated Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde by DQ when Hyde used the title belt. After the match, Hyde walked out with the belt.... Tap or Snap defeated The Thugs (with inGe) after Stewie intercepted the billy club being thrown into the ring from the manager to T-Money and used it against him behind the referee's back.... As Kirk Sheppard, who was handling ring announcing duties for the evening, was preparing to announce the next match, Virus's music came over the loudspeaker and a voice said, "Virus is coming, Virus is coming, Virus is coming . . .".... Jesse Hyde defeated Jon Moxley. Moxley had pinned Hyde with his foot on the ropes, but CEO Sheppard ordered the match restarted and Hyde won with a rollup.... Ryan Stone defeated Ice in a hotly contested match up to earn a shot at Muldoon on April 12th at Shimmers. From Wilmington 3.01.08 The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant interrupted Hooks as he was welcoming the fans to announce that he was suspended but that Austin Meddler was still middle class trash. This brought out Meddler, who told Bryant he ought to thank Sheppard for the suspension because he prevented Bryant from getting "his rear end kicked all over Wilmington." Bryant announced that he had a replacement wrestler . . and inGe came out... Austin Meddler pinned inGe with the 9 to 5... Unified Champion Christopher Michael Lotus defeated Dr. Melvin Winkleman. After the match, Lotus's music was cut off by some other music and a creepy voice said, "VIRUS IS COMING. LOTUS WILL BE INFECTED. VIRUS IS COMING. VIRUS IS COMING."... The Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings defeated Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde... Chad 2 Badd Allegra won an 8 man Elimination match that also featured The Warlock, The Zodiacs, The American Eagle, Pompano Joe, Jesse Hyde, and Ice. Allegra last eliminated Zodiac #1 for the victory... NWF Tag Team Champions Tap or Snap retained their titles over The Thugs. inGe was banned from ringside but he came out to the ring area with the Thugs. Chad Allegra walked out, picked him up, and carried him to the back... NWF Champion Muldoon & Stamp Lickage defeated Roger Ruffen & Ryan Stone when Muldoon & Stamp both chokeslammed Ruffen at the same time. NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard welcomed Chad 2 Badd Allegra to the ring. Sheppard announced that Allegra had signed a contract to compete with New Japan Pro Wrestling. Allegra came out and talked about the NWF and how great it was to be able to celebrate his successes with the fans. Mostly, though, he was happy that Muldoon had taken the NWF Title from Ryan Stone. Stone came out and said that no one cared about Allegra or Japan or any of that and all they cared about was when he was going to win back "his" title. Stone also said that he had a bigger hero than Allegra ever was - and brought out Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde. Allegra brought out his hero - NWF CHAMPION MULDOON! Allegra then challenged for a tag team match, which Hyde accepted quickly, but Stone wasn't so sure.... Tap or Snap defeated inGe & The Warlock.... Austin Meddler came out to talk about his problems with The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant. Meddler talked about how he had earned everything he had while Bryant had it easy and had never earned anything. Bryant came out and talked trash to Meddler and the fans of the NWF before assaulting Meddler. NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard demanded he stop, but Bryant didn't listen and found himself suspended from tomorrow's event!... The Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings defeated Zodiac #2. After the match, he talked about Jon Moxley not coming to Wilmington tomorrow night - and now he guesses he has the night off. Jeremy "I'm Your Hero" Hyde came out and said he was free as well and challenged Buffalo.... Tri-State Champion Ice & Unified Champion Christopher Michael Lotus defeated The Hippies & Zodiac #1 & Dr. Melvin Winkleman when Ice pinned The Zodiac. After the match, Ice talked about his title and how he owed his title reign to the fans. He was interrupted by music and a strange voice saying, "VIRUS IS COMING" and "ICE WILL BE THE FIRST TO BE INFECTED." Ice seemed a bit disturbed by it.... Tim pointed out that they've beaten them already but Ruffen demanded the match anyway - and then offered to put up $1,000 of his own money if they lost! Zodiac #2 wasn't there and Jac said it would be a singles match and for Lotus and Ice to choose who would wrestle. CEO Kirk Sheppard told Jac that he had to pay both Lotus & Ice regardless and he wasn't about to see them get a night off, so Jac would have to wrestle in Zodiac #2's place!... Stewie Backlund & Tiny Tim came out to thank the fans and promised that their feud with the Thugs wasn't over - and wouldn't be until one of the two teams was destroyed!... Muldoon eventually came out and offered to wrestle Ryan on the spot. Stone bailed out of the ring but said he had big plans for the cage match.... Slick Rick welcomed new NWF Champion Muldoon to the ring, but Roger Ruffen interrupted immediately. Ryan Stone ran in from behind and the Protected Ones left the champ laying in the ring.... The newest member of the NWF Hall of Fame, Mr. Hayes, came to the ring and demanded a conference with NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard. He challenged Sheppard to find a wrestler to manage on March 8th against a wrestler of Hayes' choosing. Sheppard agreed and he and Mr. Hayes shook hands. Sheppard turned to leave the ring and Mr. Hayes hit him from behind and assaulted him until Jesse Hyde ran out and chased Hayes away.... The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant defeated Austin Meddler with his feet on the ropes. After the match, Meddler challenged him to a rematch and Bryant said he would do it if Meddler agreed that if he lost, he would become Anthony's servant for 30 days. Meddler agreed.... After intermission, Anthony Bryant came to the ring to gloat about his victory and tell the fans he thought they were trash - because unlike him, they all had meaningless jobs and got dirty while they worked. Austin Meddler came out and defended the honor of the people. He challenged Bryant to a match at SHIMMERS this Saturday.... Stewie Backlund defeated Nasty Russ by DQ when T-Money attacked from behind. Tiny Tim, recouperating from cracking his skull on the floor last week in Fairfield, ran out with a chair to clear the ring of the Thugs.... New NWF Champion Muldoon & Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings defeated The Crybaby & Jon Moxley. After the match, NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard went to the ring to congratulate Muldoon, but was interrupted by Roger Ruffen & Ryan Stone who insisted on a rematch. Sheppard eventually granted it for Fairfield's February 23rd event - but stipulated that if Ruffen was going to be at ringside, the match would be held inside a STEEL CAGE!... Unified Champion Christopher Michael Lotus defeated inGe. The Thugs came out to help their manager, but Tap or Snap stopped them. All six men brawled in the ring to end the night! Christopher Michael Lotus actually kept him out of the match, but the Thugs capitalized on the distraction to win the match.... Muldoon defeated Ryan Stone to become the brand new NWF Heavyweight Champion! Results from Walton 1-18-08 Austin Meddler defeated Zodiac #1 & The American Eagle in a Triple Threat Match.... NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard announced that tomorrow in Fairfield, if Ryan loses in anyway the belt goes to Muldoon. Ruffen & Stone were understandably furious.... The Thugs & Tap or Snap wrestled to a No Contest. NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard prevented inGe from interfering from the top rope with the hubcaps as we've seen him do lately by grabbing him and removing him from the arena. He then came back and announced a Tornado match for March 21st and said that he would handcuffed to inGe during the match! Results from Wilmington 1-12-08 The Crybaby, Zodiac #1, and The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant defeated Austin Meddler, Pompano Joe, and Jesse Hyde when Bryant pinned Meddler... Unified Champion Christopher Michael Lotus defeated Dr. Melvin Winkleman. After the match, Winkleman attacked Lotus and hit him with his gas mask.... NWF Tag Team Champions The Thugs defeated Tap or Snap when InGe hit Tiny Tim with a hubcap behind the referee's back.... Jon Moxley defeated The Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings by DQ when Buffalo used a chair that Moxley had originally brought into the ring.... The Genuine Superstar came to the ring to gloat about his victory earlier, but Meddler came out and challenged him to a match. Bryant declined but agreed to battle Meddler on March 1st in Wilmington.... #1 Contender Muldoon pinned Benjamin Kimera.... NWF Champion Ryan Stone pinned Ice.... Stamp Lickage defeated Roger Ruffen when Ryan Stone interfered. Muldoon came out to even things up and NWF CEO made a tag team match pitting these four men against each other on March 1st! After the match, the crowd chanted "rematch."... NWF Tag Team Champions The Thugs defeated Ice & Austin Meddler when InGe interfered.... Dr. Melvin Winkleman defeated Pompano Joe by DQ when Pompano hit Melvin with the gas mask in front of the referee.... After intermission, NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard announced Moxley and Williams would come back in a rematch adn tihs time there would be a 60 minute time limit. The Thugs then interrrupted things and came out and just wanted to remind everyone that they were the tag champs. Meddler & Ice came out and Meddler said the only reason they weren't the tag champs was because of InGe and challenged the manager to a match on 2/16.... "The Buffalo Bad Boy" Brian Jennings defeated The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant.... Benjamin Kimera defeated Jesse Hyde by DQ when Muldoon prevented Kimera from using a chair on Hyde. Muldoon got a few licks in on Kimera in front of the referee, which caused him to ring the bell.... Results from Slammin in the New Year 2008 Jesse Hyde defeated The Warlock (with the Crybaby).... InGe won a New Year's Scramble Match over Pompano Joe with an assist from the Thugs. Also in the match: Roger Ruffen, Danny Montgomery, and Honest Brett Michaels.... Jon Moxley defeated "Astonishing" Aaron Williams.... Ice & Christopher Michael Lotus defeated The Zodiacs.... Benjamin Kimera & The Genuine Superstar Anthony Bryant defeated The American Eagle & The Buffalo Bad Boy Brian Jennings.... Dr. Melvin Winkleman won a Street Fight over Austin Meddler.... Muldoon & Tap or Snap (Stewie Backlund & Tiny Tim) defeated The Thugs (Nasty Russ & T-Money) and the Crybaby when Muldoon chokeslammed The Crybaby.... NWF Champion Ryan Stone defeated "Machine Gun" Chad 2 Badd Allegra by DQ when Muldoon interfered. NWF CEO Kirk Sheppard threw Roger Ruffen out of the match before it even got started. Coming down to the wire, Stone was going to hit Allegra with a chair, but Muldoon prevented him by taking the chair away. Stone slapped Muldoon and got a chokeslam as a result, causing the DQ. Allegra asked what happened, Muldoon said, "I chokeslammed him," and Allegra told him to do it again. Muldoon held the NWF title above his head after the match, hopeful about his chances at WrestleBlast against Stone.
